Nothing can stand in the way of the rugged HDS Jet® in combination with our KS-ASS®.

Absolutely every obstacle is simply pulverized away with two sandblasting nozzles and around 400 bar. 

The unit rotates 360° around its own axis and is moved up and down on a winch. The high-pressure water pump generates a strong vacuum in the blasting nozzle, which operates according to the Venturi principle, which in turn draws the blasting material from the storage tank.

The granulate is then accelerated in the nozzle to such an extent that it roughens or prepares ceramic tiles, new concrete surfaces or plastic coatings so that the new ERGELIT coating adheres permanently. Due to the small, variably adjustable and uniform distance between the nozzle and the shaft wall, the blasting material, which has a selected grain size, achieves a very uniform blasting result. There is no need for personnel in the shaft. This is particularly important in confined, critical environments.

If you want to use this system independently and not in conjunction with our KS-ASS® manhole coating system, a compact system including control unit is also available. This system is particularly suitable for companies that are already familiar with the manual coating of manholes but do not yet have a professional system for substrate pre-treatment. Correct and thorough pre-treatment of the substrate ensures lasting adhesion of the coating and provides the basis for a professional renovation result.
