Injection mortar
Art. No.: HTD-20005
Injection mortar for grouting cavities in manholes and sewers & for filling annular spaces between old and new pipes
Further properties
Dive into the world of peak performance with ERGELIT-KBi - the ultimate WW injection mortar designed to meet your challenges! This unique mortar is the answer to filling cavities with intensive groundwater infiltration and soil stabilization of the old pipe floor system.
Thanks to its excellent colloidal behavior, ERGELIT-KBi is ideally suited for injection work in groundwater areas. With its strong thixotropy, it is the perfect choice for stopping severe water ingress. Pump ERGELIT-KBi over long distances, because its pumpability is unbeatable.
We are proud to present the outstanding certifications of ERGELIT-KBi. It also meets the strict standards of DIN 19573 XWW3 - quality you can rely on.
ERGELIT-KBi - the cement-bound masterpiece, enriched with organic and inorganic additives, brings precision and strength to your projects. With a grain size ≤ 0.5 mm, it is the ideal injection mortar for grouting cavities, whether in sewer renovation, fine cracks or relining to insulate the annular gap between the old and new pipe.
Ensure long-lasting waterproofing of pipes, tanks and manholes, even under pressing groundwater in wastewater and drinking water applications. ERGELIT-KBi withstands the usual elements in waste water and defies strong attacks in accordance with DIN 4030 from pH 5 to 9, demonstrating its impressive resistance.
