Tested quality and approvals: ERGELIT-KS2 has been tested in accordance with DIN19573 XWW4-B2. This certification confirms the high quality and performance of the material. You can rest assured that ERGELIT-KS2 meets the strict requirements and offers you reliable protection.

Fast water resistance: With ERGELIT-KS2 you save time and at the same time ensure fast water resistance. ERGELIT-KS2 is water-resistant after just 2 hours at a temperature of 20°C. This fast curing time allows you to speed up the construction process and save time.
Outstanding layer thicknesses: ERGELIT-KS2 can be applied in very high layer thicknesses of up to 3 cm in a single trowel stroke. This exceptional property allows you to tackle even demanding projects efficiently and achieve a high degree of flexibility.

- Rebound approx. 3 % under good spraying conditions in the wet spraying process
- Highly alkaline
- Very good adhesive tensile strength (≥ 2 N/mm², depending on the substrate)

- Frost and de-icing salt resistant
- Waste water temperature: short-term peaks up to 100° C, long-term up to 90°
- Shrink and shrinkage-free in the pipe

Special features
- Is perfectly suited for wastewater structures with industrial wastewater (highly acid-resistant)
- Is tested according to DIN19573 XWW4 -B2
- Can be applied by hand coating, wet spraying and centrifugal processes
- Is water-resistant after just 2 hours (at 20°)
Application
- Coating of concrete and masonry shafts, sewers and storage tanks
- For waste water containing e.g. sulphate, magnesium, ammonia, oil, grease, benzene, petrol, chemically aggressive environment
- Suitable for the wet spraying process or the KS-ASS coating system
- Integrated bonding bridge already included in the product (primer)
- Can be applied in layer thicknesses of up to 3 cm in one trowel pass
- In good conditions also overhead
- Not suitable for open structures
- Reprofiling of break-outs and defects in shafts, sewers and storage tanks, as well as surface leveling in masonry shafts
- Production of coving and berms
- An all-round mortar for coating and repairing wastewater structures with municipal and industrial wastewater
- Sealing against pressing groundwater
- Pumpable up to 100 m
