Special features
- Is a one-component coating mortar that can be applied using the manual coating method, wet spraying method or centrifugal method (KS-ASS)
- Is tested in accordance with DIN 19573 XWW3-B1 and has KIWA approval for light liquid and oil/grease separators
- ERGELIT-OED is very easy to use compared to other coating systems (synthetic resin coating systems)
- ERGELIT-OED is water-resistant after 6 hours (at 20°)
Application
- Coating of oil, grease and light liquid separators
- Coating of concrete and masonry shafts
- Processing time: approx. 60 minutes (depending on water addition)
- Suitable for manual coating, wet spraying or the KS-ASS coating system
- Bonding bridge is already integrated
- Can be applied in high layer thicknesses of up to 2 cm in one trowel stroke
- In good conditions also overhead
- Sealing against pressing groundwater
- Pumpable up to 100 m
- ERGELIT-OED 35 has high adhesive tensile strength values
- The dense and resistant surface has water-barrier properties
